With only a week to go until the Royal Wedding, Kate Middleton was spotted hitting the shops on the Kings Road earlier today. The tall bride to be was dressed in a stylish black wrap over dress and tan court shoes, accessorised only with her 18-carat sapphire and diamond engagement ring.
