As we’re now into the second half of the summer, it’s easy to see which of the styles introduced at the beginning of the season are sticking. The maxi dress is one of the clear winners, riding off some of the popularity it gained last summer. But now, designers have had a chance to go back to the drawing board and give us tall girls an even more flattering, and fashionable fit, resulting in the summer’s hottest clothes for tall women.

This season I really feel that fashion has come to it’s senses:- usually tall is a fashion advantage, but for the past couple of seasons there have been few styles around that have been difficult to wear,if you are tall and not a size 10. (Particularly those little full mini skirts and the short tulip skirts)

A week of Summer, and it’s been almost too hot for my jeans,  I have been floating around in maxi dresses, tripping up all over the place and I’m already longing to get back into jeans. Once you’ve found a pair of jeans that fit, life is easy…you just have to think about what top to wear.
