We arrived into the beautiful city of Denver, Colorado a couple days early to take in some sights and breathtaking mountainous views. While the weather sure didn’t have hiking mountains in mind, we did the next best thing we could think of and took in the breathtaking sights of the 16th street mall.
After a couple of long days of shopping and experiencing all that downtown Denver has to offer, we turned in early Thursday night to rest up for the big set-up day. While using the term back-breaking labour to describe set-up may be a slight overstatement Lisa here sure proves that it is no easy task!!

Following a less-than-desirable unloading of the truck we were ready to turn the heaps of boxes you see below into the pop-up shop all the tall women of Denver got to experience!
With the store set-up, well rested and very well fed, we called it a night to open early Saturday morning. I was dressed to impress in the Roll Neck Poncho (16B14) and Jodhpur Seamed Leggings (03B24), Deanne was as stylish as always in the Cowl Neck Sweater (06B23), Hoxton Super Skinny Jeans (14B13) and Knee High Studded Boots (31B06) and Amey looked chic in the Cable Tunic (16B17) and the Camden Skinny Jeans (14B12).
The first day was in full swing and going off without a hitch when a “small emergency” forced everyone to drop their clothes and leave the building in a mad scramble.
I must say the women of Denver are extremely tolerant. As they waited patiently, without complaint, on the street for emergency services to check out the situation and give us the OK to go back in! It was these women that made the weekend a great success and we will hopefully see all the beautiful tall women of Denver again when we are back with our Spring line!!
