ARGGGHHHHHH ! LTS--- listen up-- either produce enough size 4-6-8 or don't offer it on the site. Honest to GOD so frustrating to finally find a company that fits but has no inventory. You should produce a million classic white blouses in these sizes and never have this issue. FIX THIS please!
SO TIRED of " SOLD OUT"(3 posts)
Thank you for your feedback, we stock a wide selection of all sizes but there is not a great demand for sizes 4-6 or 8 however, I will pass your comments onto our Buyers.
Please look out of our Spring collection coming out around the 8th January 2012 we will have stock of the sizes you are looking please order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
I have read other posts about the lack of sufficient inventory at Long Tall Sally. I want to emphatically add my voice to this increasing group of women who are pointing out the constant disappointment of finding "SOLD OUT" whenever we want to buy something even at regular price, let alone on sale. I called to report problems with the Chevron Down Coat on December 9, only to find out that size S is sold out and there is nothing for which I can exchange this jacket. It is inexcusable for Long Tall Sally not to know its customer base in the U.S. and Canada sufficiently to order enough inventory across sizes--and there ARE lots of us who are both tall and thin and order the S size, which is why they sell out so fast!!!--but it is even more inexcusable for you not to have product to exchange when your inventory is defective.
I completely agree with the others who have stated that tall women are so desperate for anything that even remotely fits that we will often settle for inferior quality. We should not have to do so. Give us quality AND fit or we will go elsewhere. Long Tall Sally does not have a monopoly on tall sizes, and if you can't formulate a business plan that sufficiently figures out how to 1) order enough product to actually sell it to customers who want to give you their money for it (Isn't this why you are in business in the first place? There should be no "sold out"!), and 2) make that product at an acceptable quality, we will go to other retailers and you will lose our business.
Management--please stop the excuses. Just fix the problems with quality and inventory that significant numbers of your customers are raising consistently across your blog, before you lose us entirely.
