Bonjour from Paris!
Just wanted to say that I agree with Ezmirelda and am very sad to say I'm not buying much from LTS any more because I'm afraid I feel you ARE pricing yourselves out of the market. I actually WANT to buy from you because I've been an LTS customer since I was 14, and now I'm more like 40, I feel I am well within your target market. I also feel loyal to you because you used to be my one and only clothing solution and I'll always be grateful for that! But I find myself buying mainly from the competition now, even though it's aimed at 'girls', simply because they have the bargain basics you don't.
This season, I've bought one pair of trousers and one pair of shoes from you (and am very happy with both, don't get me wrong). But from the competition, I have bought palazzo pants, yoga pants, leggings, peg-leg trousers, 3 plain short-sleeved T-shirts, 2 plain long-sleeved T-shirts, a beautiful cardigan, a maxi skirt and a maxi dress.
I think in these times, either people don't have money to spend on clothes or when they do, they want to feel like they're getting a good deal, or a good amount of clothing, for their money. There are two maxi skirts you currently sell which I like, but they are 75 and 80 euros each. There are two the competition currently sell which are 36 and 56 euros each. I've bought one and am thinking of buying the other. And to follow up on what's been said above: you also have a beautiful camisole top on sale, but it's over 40 euros and I can't bring myself to pay that on principle. It's a cami top! I sincerely hope you do take this kind of feedback into account and will be including clothes in future catalogues which are more reasonably priced so I can start buying from you again. I promise I'll keep checking, it's the least I can do!
