The only thing I know is that over many, many years, of doing business with LTS... Long before the tall girl acquisition, and long before there were Pop Up shops in the US, and long before there was even a USA and Canada shipping Dept, I was dealing with all the LTS girls in the UK.
My experience there in the UK was always 100 % great !!

Then after the acquisition of Tall Girl Canada and after LTS started having a call center in the US/Canada (NA) and shipping & receiving here in the US, things REALLY Changed. Maybe the company just got bigger but every time I deal with the girls in the UK I am impressed with their Kindness and willingness to help. I can not say that about the US Customer service reps. I am sure some of them are very nice but perhaps there is a management problem there because it has an entirely different "feel" when I deal with the North America (NA) folks.
I wrote this bog posting because I really DO care. Not just to vent. It's up to LTS if they choose to read this or react in any way. All I can do is let them know and this is the vehicle I chose to share my thoughts.
Life is too short to be angry so I don't wast my time with it if I can help it. I know many Americans are viewed with distaste throughout the world and hopefully, over time, the world will one day be simply about how we can better love and accept one another. But I digress...
