What has happened to your sizing for sleeves and armholes?? I am a size 12 and just recently your tops with sleeves are tight and your armholes pinch. I have just bought the new blue shirt with the butterflies on and the sleeves are tight and on the new navy dress with pink edging the armholes are tight. I have kept them as the 14 shirt was too big and my mum has said she can alter the dress but my arms have not got bigger ( i can still fit in 12's in other shops and my older lts stuff is ok), but i have noticed recently that your arm holes and sleeves are getting smaller and tighter and the waists appear to be getting higher, as if you are trying to cater for smaller people too. I can get dresses with waists that don't quite sit where they should from other shops i don't expect it from lts. As 6' i am not the tallest person who shops at lts and i just wondered what other peoples experience of sleeves and waists are? Sharon

Hi there. I am 6'3" and in "typical" clothing store I wear a size 12.
My experience has been, however, with LTS, I need a size 8 or 10, depending on the fit... Therefore, I find the opposite is true for me.
My typical size is too large when it comes to LTS and I need to go down a size or two.
I just tried on the Stencil Flower Print Dress, and it's waist was actually too low on me. It fit okay if I pulled it down, and then the bottom of the dress was where it was supposed to be. I am 6'3" and I haven't had this waist issue with other LTS dresses. I also tried on the red capris. Very cute, but the rise is cut very tightly, and I don't consider my rise to be very long for a tall woman. I am still deciding whether I will keep these items.
I am more likely to find LTS sizing somewhat erratic in terms of fitting my waist and hips. That's why free shipping and returns are very appealing to me! (And I know you have had complaints about what others feel are changing fits. This is mostly just info and disappointment!)
I thought I'd address you all in regards to your fitting issues, we do have several manufacturers which could result in a slight difference in fit for each garment.
Ky, I am surprise to hear the sleeves were tight on the Stencil Flower Print dress as we have not had any returned on this basis it is possible you have received a faulty garment if you contact email@example.com they maybe able to send you a free returns label please note, this would be at their discretion.
BumbleBe, please could you let us know the names of the tops your are referring too so I can pass all your feedback comments onto our Product department.
Thank you all for taking the time to post your feedback, this really useful information when working on providing consistency where it's needed.
so sorry to hear that you are having trouble with fit girls....and yes Sharon I agree with Judith and think you must have a faulty garment, I would suggest that you return it as I am sure our dresses should fit you. We try all our garments on a a lady who if 6 ft and on a specially made tall dummy. We also occasionally try everything on a lady who is 6ft 9in...but having said that i am 5ft 11 in my stockings and most things fit me...not everything but thats like any shop not everything fits everybody. I generally wear a 12 or a 14 on the high street but often wear a long tall sally 10 so I would say that our clothes are generally quite generous. I always wear a 10 LTS top as I find the sleeves very generous as our fit technicians have responded to feed back with regards to sleeves that we have had previously. But we are alwaqys grateful for feedback and will cerainly retry the garments that you have mentioned in our fit meetings this week and see if we need to do some amends to fit in the future.
Have a great week.
