Maternity Wear (or lack of)

    A maternity range would be VERY useful. The black maternity trousers are great for work but that's the only item available.

    How on earth can you call yourselves a 'Tall Girl' store and not provide ANY options for pants (casual or dress) that are beyond 34 inches in inseam?? I'd like to know why you sell clothes that fit my inseam, yet once I become pregnant, you have nothing to choose from. Ridiculous. You are, and have always been the ONLY store that sells pants long enough for me to wear. Now that I'm pregnant, you were going to be my only hope for finding pants to fit my growing belly.

    I find it ridiculous that I'm 6 feet tall, skinny (except for baby), and can't find clothes that fit me, even from a specialty store. The fact that they're only offered for people with 34 inseams or less is taking away a large portion of business for you. What are we tall girls supposed to do if we are expecting? Add longer lengths like you do for all your clothes or don't offer maternity pants at all.

    Thanks for your comments.

    We have worked on our maternity range over the last few years but however - as I'm sure you can understand it is a somewhat a niche of a niche market, and one that is kind of unsubstainable (to an extent) and difficult for us to buy for.

    We work hard to be able to provide everything our customers ask for whatever their size, age or walk of life - however as I'm sure you can appreciate our customer base is small (or tall!!) - so our range can only grow as our customer base and sales grow.

    We would love to offer what we would term as "special" items such as maternity or bridal wear etc but we have to react on customer demand - and so far we have been able to make some concessions - but as yet there isn't enough customer demand to offer what you and we both feel is a strong offering for tall ladies who are expecting.

    As always we do read all of our customers comments, and the more responses we have, the more we can field what we are buying to meet what you all want - so thanks for bringing this up as we will take your comments on board and react if we feel that we can offer a good enough range to meet what you need.

    When I checked the LTS maternity section, they had 1 dress pant and 1 pair of jeans in a 36" inseam. It isn't a lot of selection, but it is something. I would love to see more maternity pants.

    I got some great pieces from Tall Maternity Store and they are very reasonably priced x
