I have been shopping in the Norwich store now for over a year. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and whilst it took a bit of courage to start trying things on, I now feel very comfortable. I always try to ask a member of staff before I try anything on and they have never said no. They always provide very helpful advice and are a pleasure to talk to. It really is a highlight and a pleasure visiting the store. The staff are wonderful and should be congratulated for their excellent customer service.

Never, ever be worried about the reception you'll receive in a LTS store.
I occasionaly shop at the Norwich store and receive a very warm welcome indeed -starting with the offer of a cup of tea or coffee!.
I never feel rushed, get honest advise and opinion and no pressure to buy. The staff will assist you wherever needed (zipping you up in a dress or trying on shoes for instance).
It's true also that I've not known one other female customer bat an eyelid at me wandering around the racks and shelves searching for items to try on (often wearing an item I'm trying on at the time)
LTS are outstanding - and their online support is also second to none - I feel that I'm dealing with good friends rather than simply customer support people!
Hi all you real girls and T-girls, just to add to what everyone else is saying, I am a TV in my 50s and have shopped in Brighton, Winchester, Guildford, and my home store of Bath and the girls there have without exception been warm, welcoming, and friendly. They always try and be discreet about placing items in the fitting room for me so I don't feel too embarrassed about walking in with female customers present! I've never had a problem with female customers either, although I try and avoid the stare of their menfolk!
Keep up the good work girls, and thanks for helping me feel good about myself xxxPosted 1 year ago #
