Debbie Flood

Beth Rodford

FACT: As well as her successes on the water, Beth holds the British Indoor Rowing record over 2000m.

Ro Bradbury

FACT: She graduated in 2009 in Mathematics; in her spare time she plays the clarinet and piano and enjoys playing squash.

Katie Solesbury

FACT: Katie was vice captain of University of London Boat Club and has a degree in English Literature.

Alison Knowles

FACT: Alison was selected for the 2008 Beijing Olympics in the women’s eight and helped them to qualify for the final but due to illness she was unable to race in the final.

Lindsey Maguire

FACT: Lindsey lives in Oxford and works part time for a local Market Research Company.

Melanie Wilson

EVENT: Women’s Quadruple Scull
FACT: Melanie grew up in Hong Kong but moved to the UK so she could go to university in Nottingham, where she studied Biochemistry. She is currently training to be a doctor.

Heather Stanning
HEIGHT: 5’ 11”

FACT: Heather was commissioned from RMA Sandhurst in August 2008 into the Royal Artillery. She has now been released from Army duties to allow her to train full time.

Victoria Thornley

FACT: Vicky was previously a semi professional show jumper and has a passion for fashion with experience in modelling.

Natasha Page

FACT: Emily has a background in sports, having done swimming to regional standard and cross-country running to county level. She has recently completed her studies in Economics with French at Durham University.
